The objective of the case study is to demonstrate good practices in HCWM at Tribhuvan University Teaching Hospital, the biggest hospital in Nepal. This case study has been conducted through literature review, collection of existing data and interview with key stakeholders. No field survey was carried out for the purpose of monitoring of the past project in a quantitative manner. At the end, it draws recommendations based on an analysis of policy, technology, finance, and institutional setting. It is expected that the case study will help other practitioners to streamline HCWM nationally as well as internationally.en
