dc.descriptionThis report is a Validated Management-led Terminal Review of a UNEP/GEF project implemented between 2019 and 2022. The project's overall development goal was to assist Ghana strengthen its national system to be able to effectively and regularly plan, implement, track and report on its NDC to respond to the transparency requirements of the Paris Agreement. The review sought to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability. The review has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote learning, feedback, and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP, the GEF and the relevant agencies of the project participating countries.en
