dc.descriptionThis report is an independent terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project whose implementation started in January 2015 and ended in May 2019. The project was designed to define stakeholder roles and responsibilities and best practices for chemicals information exchange in textile products and to demonstrate best practices for exchanging chemicals in products information in the textiles sector. The terminal evaluation has two primary purposes: (i) to provide evidence of results to meet accountability requirements, and (ii) to promote operational improvement, learning and knowledge sharing through results and lessons learned among UNEP and its main project partners.en
