dc.description	This Evaluation Synthesis Report summarises all independent evaluations undertaken by the Evaluation Office of the UN Environment Programme (UNEP) in the 2018-19 biennium. During this period 61 evaluations of UNEP interventions that, together, encompass a resource envelope in excess of USD 265 million1 of expenditure, were completed. Highlights of the aggregated performance trends across these evaluations for the 2018-19 biennium are presented. The report also provides brief highlights drawn from a selection of evaluations of high strategic importance including: the Resource Efficiency Sub-programme Evaluation, the joint UNEP / UNDP Poverty and Environment Initiative, the Clean Seas Campaign and an assessment of the Montevideo IV Programme on International Law Panel to name but a few.	en
