dc.description	This Guide aims to support National Ozone Units and the MLF's country-driven approach. It was originally developed by OzonAction through the Regional Office for Asia and the Pacific Compliance Assistance Programme (ROAP CAP), and has been updated to reflect important developments in the Protocol since 2005. The Guide is based on the experiences of numerous NOOs around the world, international agencies and individual experts. It represents the collective wisdom of the wider community of NOOs who lead National Ozone Units.	en
