dc.descriptionThis report is a terminal evaluation of a UNEP project implemented between 2003 and 2008. The project's overall objective was to build capacity and incentives for local businesses in addressing global environmental issues. It was aimed at assisting business managers and experts in making informed decisions regarding investments on cleaner technologies by providing three different but interlinked services: face–to–face communication at country or regional levels through Local Desks, technical assistance and training, and internet based information services. The primary objective of this terminal evaluation is to assess project impact with reference to objectives and outcomes and to evaluate the implementation of the planned project activities and outputs against actual intended results.
