dc.descriptionThe aim of the Roadmap is to set a vision and lay the groundwork to establish a comprehensive and far-reaching sustainable finance strategy contributing to the Agenda 2030 and towards the objectives of the Paris Agreement. This Roadmap is ambitious in terms of Luxembourg’s contributions to sustainable development and climate action, it is forward looking in terms of future opportunities and challenges, and it is shared in terms of achiev- ing buy-in from key public, private and civil society stakeholders. This Roadmap outlines recommendations on how to reach this vision over time. It is not to be understood as an Action Plan. The various recommendations need to be complemented by further analyses in order to develop an actionable plan of concrete measures to be realised over time, considering the specificities and the competitiveness of Luxembourg as a financial centre.en
