dc.descriptionThis is a mid-term evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2003 and 2007. The project's immediate objective is decisions made by governments and other stakeholders are better informed to improve the conservation status of species, habitats, and ecosystems at the global level. The mid-term evaluation seeks to assess the actual performance and results achieved thus far in the 2010 BIP project as compared to the planned project activities and outputs, based on the relevant evaluation criteria.
