dc.descriptionthe UNEP Evaluation Office has conducted an evaluation of UNEP's Disasters and Conflicts (D&C) Sub?programme covering the period 2006?2011. The evaluation aimed at assessing the strategic relevance and performance of the Sub?programme to determine results achieved and analyse the factors and processes affecting sub?programme performance across its four main intervention areas: post?crisis environmental assessments, post?crisis environmental recovery, environmental cooperation for peace building and disaster risk reduction.
