This document is designed to assist Member States and other high-level representatives from industry and civil society, in their preparations for the resumed meeting of UNEA-5, to be held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 28 February–2 March 2022 under the theme “Strengthening Actions for Nature to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.” It lays out the call to action under each of UNEA’s four thematics and the opportunity in action – for people and planet.
