NO This report is a  terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2003 and 2009.The DELTAmerica project was undertaken to improve the capacity for managing transboundary waters through the promotion of South-South learning and exchange of experiences, identifying lessons learned and findings and disseminating them to other GEF International Waters projects. The objective of this terminal evaluation was to examine the extent and magnitude of any project impacts to date and determine the likelihood of future impacts. The evaluation also assesses project performance and the implementation of planned project activities and planned outputs against actual results.
