NO The Co-Chairs and Authors met in Vancouver from October 14-18, 2019 to do the following:1. Familiarize the authors with the GEO process, logistics and procedures.2. Allow for brainstorming on overall strategy on completing the chapters3. Provide an orientation session for all authors4. Expand annotated outlines for each chapter5. Begin drafting the chapters towards their zero-order draft stage6. Define next steps, roles and responsibilities
