NO This report provides a detailed summary of the Third GACERE High-Level Meeting held at the World Circular Economy Forum 2023 in Helsinki, Finland. The session was joined by a large audience of WCEF participants both physically (around 400 people) as well as online (over 600 views). The session involved a varied line up of speakers, who shared perspectives on the development, implementation and monitoring of roadmaps and strategies at the subnational, the national and the regional level.
