NO The African Ministerial Conference on the Environment (AMCEN) holds its special sessions as and when necessary. An offer by the Government of Cote d’ Ivoire to host the tenth special session was accepted by the Bureau of the Conference at its meeting, held in Nairobi, Kenya, on 1 March 2024.
