Further to the discussion held at the subcommittee meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives held on 19 January 2023, the final theme presented for consideration by the UNEA Bureau is as follows:“Effective, inclusive and sustainable multilateral actions to tackle climate change, biodiversity loss and pollution”The note outlines a brief rationale for the final proposed theme.
