NO The GEMS Ocean / CSDTp initiative is organizing a two-and-a-half-day Hackathon (interactive design workshop) in the margins of the Cartagena Convention (COP 2023) on the Island of Aruba (Kingdom of the Netherlands in the Caribbean).A Digital Twin of the Caribbean Sea must integrate many different data sources and information from various stakeholders. A Digital Twin of the Caribbean Sea should provide a comprehensive, data-driven, dynamic platform for monitoring, analysing, and planning human activities, ecological services, and marine conservation measures in the Caribbean Sea region.
