NO This report is a terminal evaluation of a UN Environment-GEF TWAP project implemented between 2013 and 2017.The project was to deliver the first global assessment of transboundary waters to guide the GEF in their prioritisation of financing future project. This project builds on a previous phase that designed the assessment methodology and identified key science-focused organisations capable of undertaking this assessment.
