NO This document provides guidance for Member States submitting resolutions to the fourth session of the United Nations Environment Assembly in March 2019. It sets deadlines for notifying intent with a concept note and for submitting resolutions, and urges short texts with fewer preambular paragraphs. It lists information to include in a concept note or section: rationale, policy options, links to the theme, added value; relationships to the programme of work, budget, other UNEA resolutions, UN initiatives; financial implications; addressees; and expected short- and long-term impacts.
