NO This document is Colombia's statement regarding agenda item 5, subsection b) on the consultation on the theme for UNEA 7 at the 11th Annual Subcommittee Meeting of the Committee of Permanent Representatives. The delegation welcomes the work undertaken by the CPR bureau and the secretariat and consider Theme 2, “Accelerating just transitions for people and planet”, the most relevant for renewed UNEP mandates and emerging environmental issues.
