NO This is an internal document to summarize common recommendations that were made in project evaluations of UNEP projects funded by the GEF during 2020-22 and, by combining them with findings reflected in performance ratings, make contemporary learning available to the GEF team and UNEP. The focus is on recommendations for implementation. This study will be supported by: a) a separate synthesis of insights into project design across the house (June 2023) and b) a summary of ‘best practice’ examples on gender from across the house (July 2023).
