NO This document presents Brazil’s statement at the Stockholm+50 preparatory meeting, commenting on three Leadership Dialogue background papers. It supports the G77/China statement and urges caution on “nature-based solutions,” aligning any use with UNEA-5 outcomes and ecosystem-based approaches. It calls for engagement of indigenous peoples through “consultation,” consistent with ILO Convention 169 and national law. It requests explicit linkage to SDG 12, warns against privileging a single approach such as the circular economy, and stresses technology transfer, North–South cooperation, and financing within the Addis Ababa Action Agenda, the UN Technology Facilitation Mechanism, and the UN Technology Bank.
