NO In December 2022, the 15TH Conference of Parties (COP 15) to the Convention of Biological Diversity (CBD) was held in Montreal, Canada which saw the adoption of the Kunming Montreal Global Biodiversity Framework (KM GBF) and agreed on four overarching goals and 23 targets to be achieved by 2050 and 2030 respectively which act as a global action guide to halt and reverse nature loss and people living in harmony with nature.
