NO Palestine’s NAP process began with wide-ranging consultations and a thorough assessment of the state of SCP in the country. More than 300 people took part in the development process. The NAP was conceived in line with the Palestinian National Planning framework and its vision is to integrate SCP into the country’s development agenda.
