NO The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has elevated the profile of the environmental dimension of development and its monitoring. The project aims to build capacity to accelerate the transition towards a circular economy in the context of sustainable development at different levels. Enhancing institutional technical capacities to regularly produce waste and circular economy datasets is imperative to inform and develop evidence-based policies.
