Ozone officers and enforcement professionals from both developed and developing countries were interviewed during the preparation of the booklet in order to gain their real-world advice. Through dozens of case studies and examples, the booklet provides enforcement strategies that can be implemented with flexible approaches that maximize the efficient use of scarce human and financial resources.
