NO The objective of the stakeholder dialogue is to:• Support the committee to effectively consider stakeholders actions, as well as needs and interests in the intergovernmental negotiations.• Further facilitate a two-way dialogue between Member States and stakeholders to allow for a diversity of voices during the negotiations on the historic resolution to develop a legally binding instrument.• Provide a space to share ideas with the committee on the future of the multi-stakeholder forum and dialogue as well as on how to initiate a multi-stakeholder action agenda
