NO The project will support 5 farming groups to formalise their effortstowards conservation and restoration of more than 100,000 hectaresof critical, communal rangelands restored and under improvedlivestock management. With secure co-finance from the NationalDepartment of Environmental Affairs, CSA will involve at least 450 maleand female participating farmers and, employ at least 150 unemployedbut motivated individual s in new roles as environmentally trainedlivestock managers or “eco-rangers”. Throughout the project the ecorangersand local farmers will be supported to understand, implement,and verify good grazing practices to provide the traceability that willlead to better businessdeals
