NO This report is a  terminal evaluation of a UNEP-GEF project implemented between 2009 and 2014. The specific project objective after Mid-term review revision was to demonstrate and promote Payment for Ecosystem Services (PES) and related financing schemes in the Danube River basin, and to other international water basins. The terminal evaluation was undertaken to assess project performance (in terms of relevance, effectiveness and efficiency), and determine outcomes and impacts (actual and potential) stemming from the project, including their sustainability.
