NO With the view to facilitating implementation, the UNEP Executive Director decided to establish an informal Technical Advisory Group to advise her in carrying out her responsibilities under Resolution 5/8. The purpose of the Group is to advise the Executive Director on technical, institutional and governance matters using scientific and evidence-based reasoning to inform decision making, to produce the deliverables set out under the resolution (Annex 1).
