NO This Steering Committee provides faith-based organisations with a coordinated and highly networked platform across the United Nations system, recognising their active participation in civil society forums, specialised knowledge, and established networks. It proposes an efficient workplan based on Interfaith Working Groups operating throughout the year across substantive thematic areas related to environmental policy, including matters discussed at the United Nations Environment Assembly and under Multilateral Environmental Agreements. The approach combines policy advocacy with initiatives focused on knowledge sharing and the development of best practices.
