NO At its fifth session held from 25 to 29 September 2023 in Bonn, Germany, the International Conference on Chemicals Management (ICCM5) adopted the “Global Framework on Chemicals (GFC) – For a Planet Free of Harm from Chemicals and Waste” along with a set of resolutions to support implementation and a High-Level Declaration (the “Bonn Declaration on the Global Framework for Chemicals”).
