NO The International Resource Panel is honoured to provide scientific insight to the Resource Efficiency Dialogue of the Group of 20. This short document summarizes some of the work done by the IRP in this field, particularly on the status and trends of natural resources in the G20, the economic benefits of resource efficiency, the connections between climate and resources, and good practices and strategies that have been successfully implemented to improve resource efficiency. We trust that it provides scientific evidence for the implementation of the ambitious G20 agenda on natural resource management.
