NO With at least 38 activities related to capacity building, the project was extremely active in strengthening the expertise for the sound management of chemicals and waste of officials and institutions. All the activities were part of a training strategy that was developed and implemented by the project in a very effective manner with a multitude of partnerships with national and international institutions. The capacity building activities included training workshops, webinars and summits/meetings.
