NO The objective is to develop the National Inventory Report (NIR) for inclusion in the first Biennial Transparency Report for Qatar which consists of a national inventory document (NID) and the common reporting tables (CRT) in addition to implementation of a 2-day capacity building workshop on NIR preparation over a period of 6 months.
