NO The main focus of the AEO-2 report is on sustainable livelihoods and the environment. The report profiles Africa's environmental resources as assets for the continent's development. It highlights the potential of the region's natural resource base to support the development agenda of NEPAD and sustain human livelihoods. The report  has five sections namely: Environment for Development, Environmental State-and-Trends: 20-Year Retrospective, Emerging Challenges, Outlook and Policy Recommendations.
