Regional summaries present the specific capacities, locations, and services of facilities across Africa, Europe, Asia-Pacific, Latin America, North America, and West Asia. The report also explores challenges such as gaps in inventory development, transboundary transport issues, regulatory compliance, public acceptance, and environmental risks. It incorporates relevant technical guidelines under the Basel Convention to support environmentally sound management of PCB wastes.
