NO The aim of the present report is to provide information to participants at the first part of the eighteenth session of the Conference on the status of implementation of decisions adopted by the Conference at its seventeenth session, held in Durban from 11 to 15 November 2019, and its eighth special session, held online on 4 December 2020, and of other activities during the reporting period. The report provides a summary of a number of key activities related to the Conference and their associated outcomes and should in no way be considered exhaustive in terms of the activities that may have been undertaken since the seventeenth session. The report also provides information on key documents produced by the secretariat during the intersessional period. Finally, the report highlights some considerations for the Conference at the first part of the eighteenth session.
