NO This submission responds to the Open-ended Working Group’s request for views on operating principles for a new science-policy panel on chemicals, waste and pollution prevention. It outlines Canada’s support for principles already identified under UNEA resolution 5/8 and stresses that these must be operationalized through detailed rules, policies and guidelines.
