NO This legal review is one of the preliminary studies recommended by the UNEP Approach to SPP with a view to design and then implement an SPP Action Plan. The UNEP Approach to SPP stresses the need for national SPP Action Plans to take into account the legal and regulatory frameworks of each country. This report prepares the ground for eventually integrating sustainability concerns in the legislation and regulations dedicated to public procurement in Mongolia.
