NO The Publications Guidelines (2022), together with the 2022 UNEP Publications Policy, will replace all previous guidance. It applies to “publications” as defined in the 2022 UNEP Publications Policy (see Annex 1 of UNEP Publications Policy for UNEP Publication Types and Definitions). This guideline document is fully aligned with the UN Policy Manual.
