NO This report provides an overview of the process which needs to be followed when complaints on possible unsatisfactory conduct are raised, data on complaints involving allegations of wrongdoing against staff members and other personnel or entities, including implementing partners, for the year 1 August 2020 to 30 September 2021. In addition, this report provides information on action taken by the Head of Entity to fulfill the obligations in the applicable UN regulations, rules, issuances and UNEP internal policies and upcoming activities regarding UNEP’s work culture at large.
