NO This is a mid-term evaluation of a UNEP GEF project implemented between 2007 and 2013. The Project objective is to demonstrate best practice strategies for sustainable tourism to reduce the degradation of marine and coastal environments of transboundary significance. The key questions for the MTE revolved around the status of delivery of project results, whether the Project can realistically achieve its intended objective, outcomes and outputs within the time remaining (by Nov 2013), and if not what can realistically be achieved in each country in the time remaining.
