This exhibition is organized as part of the United Nations Food Systems Summit and in support of theRome Declaration on the Contribution of the Montreal Protocol to Food Loss Reduction throughSustainable Cold Chain Development. It is designed for public and private sector decision-makers,including those who implement the Montreal Protocol, to be informed of the critical role of sustainablecold chains in reducing food loss and waste and help them identify relevant, state-of-the-arttechnology options. Food cold chain is the main focus right now, but cold chains for vaccines are alsoconsidered.
