NO As a concrete demonstration of this new way of multilevel and multi-stakeholder partnerships, I am happy to inform you that City of Toyama in collaboration with the japan Ministry of Environment, hosted the first dialogue of cities, Mayors and other sub-national leaders with the G7 Ministers ofEnvironment.The dialogue focused on 3 issues; Compact and resilient cities and modernization of transport networks, Low-carbon and resilient energy supply systems using regional/local resources, Sharing of innovative approaches by selected leading city governments and promotion of city-to-city cooperation, roles of international organizations
