NO This study reports on the outcomes of a collaborative undertaking—between UNEP, the Resources, Economics, Environment Center for Studies (REECS), the University of the Philippines Los Baños (UPLB) and the Economy and Environment Program for Southeast Asia (EEPSEA)—to design MBIs for the Makiling Forest Reserve (MFR). Located about 100 km South of Manila, the MFR is one watershed among more than 400 watersheds in the Philippines.
