Submission by Burkina Faso: Proposition of Revision of Article 2 - Old Article 2: Article 2 - Scope of the Convention

This document presents Burkina Faso’s submission to COP3 of the Bamako Convention proposing revisions to Article 2 and Annex I. It replaces automatic inclusion of banned hazardous substances with a Conference of the Parties review process and adds a new Annex I.B.
