Strengthening the Implementation of International Environmental Law Principles - Sierra Leone's Proposal

This document proposes strengthening the principles of international environmental law and related environmental instruments to improve their implementation. It emphasises reinforcing existing legal frameworks and institutions while respecting established global, regional, and sectoral bodies. The proposal aims to enhance effectiveness of environmental governance without weakening current agreements or institutional arrangements.
