Additional Text Proposals

This document presents proposals that support recommendations of the working group to the General Assembly and UNEA regarding a United Nations outcome document at the highest political level by 2022, the establishment of a preparatory committee, and open negotiations for all Member States, specialized agencies, and parties to Multilateral Environment Agreements.
