Terms of Reference for the Technical Advisory Group to the Executive Director

With the view to facilitating implementation, the UNEP Executive Director decided to establish an informal Technical Advisory Group to advise her in carrying out her responsibilities under Resolution 5/8. The purpose of the Group is to advise the Executive Director on technical, institutional and governance matters using scientific and evidence-based reasoning to inform decision making, to produce the deliverables set out under the resolution (Annex 1).
