1. Applications are subject to the availability of funding.
2. Please read the Application Guidance and Guidelines carefully before filling in the Application Form.
3. Please do not change the form’s original format. Modified forms will not be accepted.
4. Please complete the fields below by replacing the text in red with the information requested and/or checking the tick boxes, as appropriate.
5. Ensure that all sections of form A and form B are completed and provide the requested annexes. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Form A: project application form comprising: Section 1 – project proposal summary Section 2 – project description Section 3 – endorsement and certification Annex 1 – contact details Annex 2 – related project information Annex 3 – logical framework and workplan Annex 4 – application checklist Form B: Separate Excel budget file comprising the following tabs: Table 1 - Budget Summary Table 2 - SP TF budget Table 3 - Beneficiary contribution Table 4 - Class explanation tab is provided for reference.
6. Deadline for submission: 20 July 2026. Late submissions will not be accepted and no exceptions are possible.
